**Returns**
You can return your order within **14 days** of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- With original packaging and tags still attached

Please note: **Items marked 'Final Sale', swimwear, lingerie, and earrings** cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

**Return Process**

2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item back to the address we provide. Shipping cost is your responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

**Refunds**
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within **7–14 business days**.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

**Damaged or Wrong Item?**
Please email us within **48 hours of receiving your order** with pictures. We’ll make it right.
